Construction of interior architectural, mechanical, and electrical work to complete the interior fit-out construction of the new BSL2 wet laboratories on Levels Five (5), Six (6) and Seven (7) of Katz Group Centre Building. The work includes construction of selected interior fit-out work comprised of new wet labs, offices, pharmaceutical clean rooms, and support spaces, including related mechanical and electrical work.
